SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Heyy there! Thank you for visiting the Shipping section of the website!! Its super important to us at 10kTreats to ensure customer satisfaction and layout everything for the customer so you can feel included in every part of the business!!
1. Shipping will take place every Wednesday.
2. Shipping for everyone across the United States is a flat rate of $5.
3. At 10kTreats we do not offering refunds or exchanges, if there is a problem with your order please email us at 10ktreats.business@gmail.com so we can handle the problem accordingly.
4. Please verify address, contact phone number, and order details are correct before placing order. If you have any problems placing an order please call 346-269-9167.
6. Our cookies are made Mondays and Tuesdays, then shipped on Wednesday to ensure great quality upon arrival. Cookies have a shelf life of 14 days, so PLEASE DO NOT CONSUME after 14 days ( unless placing them in the freezer which makes them last for a month).
7. The shipping and handling process may cause cookies to lose shape and break, 10kTreats is not liable for any damaged cookies due to shipping and handling process.
STORE POLICY INFORMATION:
Howdy! Thanks for stopping by our Store Policy section!! At 10kTreats we want to include our customers always in what's going on and give you guys every opportunity to be apart of our 10kfam!!
DISCOUNT/ COUPON POLICY:
1. Only one discount code per order is prohibited at checkout
2. Expired coupons are not valid
3. No substitutions are allowed
4. competitor's coupons are not accepted
CATERED ORDERS:
1. Please make sure you have filled out the link under "SERVICES" which will be all nessesary information to place catering order.
2. If you have an order that is made for a custom event make sure you have spoken to Chef 10k a.k.a Alajha Williams directly (on the phone or through email) to verify your order details.
3. All custom orders are required to submit a deposit which may vary and is based on the quantity and date of your order.
4. Must place order 2 weeks out from event date.
5. Deposits are non- refundable and cannot be used as store credit, coupons,etc. if there is a problem with your order please call or email (links below) so we can work together to solve the problems accordingly.
